I bought three bottles of perfume from Avon for xmas presents and don’t really like it I would like to return it for refund. How do I go about that when my rep is no longer in the business

I was looking for a certain Avon fragrance and found someone in my area selling it on Craigslist really cheap. It’s tempting but how can I know I’m not getting some diluted stuff or pee in a bottle or some scam like that? Do Avon reps have some kind of Avon ID#? or something?
